Black TeaBlack tea is the best and most popular tea in the world, which is most widely used in making iced tea and English tea. It has a much dark color and a stronger flavor. Generally, tea also contains polyphenols, catechins, anthocyanins, phenolic acids), tannin, trace elements, and vitamins. The quality of black tea is defined by the origin, growing conditions, and manufacturing skill of the tea estate manager. Any kind of tea comes from tropical or subtropical climates. Whether it is warm or heavy rainfall but tea plants will flourish in all climates. However, while the plants flourish best in hot climates, the best quality tea is made in the cooler climates at altitudes of 3,000 to 7,000 feet. The slow in growth of the tea leaves at high altitudes produce more flavorful tea. In the world's, several tea producing regions also have rainy seasons and dry seasons. As the rainy seasons are very critical situation for the survival of tea bush, the best teas are produced during the dry season. Many researchers and studies have indicated that black tea may affect some of the healthy properties along with green tea, but the evidence is not as strong. Therefore it is required to do more research on black tea to determine the role of black teas in human health. It would be wrong as people think that black tea is miracle cure. Drinking the beverage does not guarantee that an individual life will be protected from the serious illness. However, there are a large number of researchers who suggest that black tea has numerous therapeutic benefits for those who consume it regularly. Habit of making black tea can provide a protective effect against heart disease, cancer, and stress-related illness. As a result, there will be no significant negative side effects associated with drinking it, and there's vast amount of evidence to recommend that black tea can be a healthy alternative to other beverages.
