How to Tell if You are About to Purchase a Natural Hoodia Gordonii Product
According to the most recent reports, natural hoodia gordonii is proven to be at last moderately effective as a weight loss aid. However, the most authentic forms of plant-based product are very difficult to come by.
In fact, it is said that shortages of Natural Hoodia Gordonii can or will result because of the high demand. This is part of the reason why it is grown on desert farms rather than picked from the wild. In fact, the wild form of this plant is actually close to endangerment.
Since there is such a high demand for this product, countless manufacturers have come up with ways to capitalize on this demand. At least a handful of these companies have used honest practices when making and distributing products that include this ingredient.
However, others have used very deceptive practices. The less-than-honest companies have used one or more of the following marketing tactics:
- Advertised their products as natural hoodia gordonii, but yet include quite a bit of fillers such as sawdust in their ingredient list.
- Provided a high-quality sample of this product but then later shipped their customers an entirely different product once the customer commits to receiving auto-shipments.
- Offered products with properties similar to natural hoodia gordonii but really are a counterfeit.
- Sold ineffective concentrations of this product.
- Market their products with “100% Kalahari-native seed.” The problem is, seed that comes from the Kalahari Desert may not even be grown there but elsewhere.
- Promote so-called “natural hoodia dorgonii” products ones that contain the entire hoodia plant. According to more than one report, roots, skin, and other parts of this natural weight loss source are reported as ineffective. The main appetite suppressant portion of this plant is said to come from the heart of it.
Many of the companies who have manufactured this product for international distribution have also not received the C.I.T.E.S. certificate required for authorization of export. Moreover, a majority of products on the market have not past certain lab tests.
Part of this is plain ignorance. Some merchants who are reselling these products for wholesale companies may not even be aware of the standards set in place to determine authenticity of weight loss aids made with this plant ingredient.
However, a significant portion of the companies involved in deceptive processes actually know what they are doing. They do not even care if their products really do help people as long as they make their money. This is one of the main reasons why purchasers of this product are very skeptical right now.
However, the most authentic versions of this product sold on the market are those which contain the highest concentration of powder or extract as possible. The recommended concentration level is approximately 20:1 or 10:1.
The most useful forms of natural hoodia gordonii include those that are made into dried or liquid extracts. The most valuable of all are those that contain little to no fillers or additional ingredients.
Moreover, the best forms of this product will usually have passed proper lab testing. Moreover, they will be sold by companies that you can trust.
